Shipping Update.

We are still dispatching orders as normal at this time and our current dispatch times are 2-3 days. 

UK Orders once dispatched are still being sent on a Next Day service  but some deliveries are experiencing delays in transit with our courier partner DHL Parcel.

Shipping and Delivery Information.

Our Standard UK shipping takes 2-3 days.

Free UK Delivery on UK Orders over £100

Once you have placed your order online, you should receive an email showing tracking details. The service we use is DHL Next Day, you’ll also receive a message from them, you can change delivery details, or request to leave in a safe place/with a neighbour if you know you aren’t going to be around. Our default shipping with DHL requires a signature, this could be from a recipient at the delivery address or with a neighbour. If you amend the shipping to be left in a safe place then Neolithic will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels. The same is applicable where a shipment is delivered to the communal space of a building.

Neolithic retains the right to adjust the cost of delivery on shipments  where the size and weight is beyond what is anticipated by our stated delivery charges.

If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking ‘I confirm I am at least 18 years of age’ at the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.
